Safe to log back into real?

Hey there! I recently managed to get a private server up and was wondering if i can get in trouble for logging back into 'real' WoW? I mean, i copied the original map and named it 'Other WoW', and now that other map is full of the Private Server programs in it, aswell as one or two Gm addones. So now im wondering, what if i open the real WoW again? Will Blizzard be able to scan the other folder aswell and see what's inside it? And do the programs i used to run the private server (and are still running in my background) count as 'hacks' or whatever? Kind of scared to get my real account banned should i log into real again Thats all. Thanks
