Can you help me find a 3.3.5a PvP private server?

Hello.

I'm looking for a private server to multibox my three elemental shamans on, this is what I'm looking for:

- Free Season 8 Wrathful Gear (I don't like having to earn my gear, to stand a chance in battlegrounds).
- Lots of players (500+ or something, anything with decent BG queue times).
- 3.3.5a
- Instant 80.
- PvP community.

P.S. I'm currently playing on Arena Tournament.

Extra Question:
I have tried joining an arena with my three shamans,
however I'm told I can't join with more than 2 players of the same class, is this just on Arena Tournament,
or was it implemented prior to Cataclysm?
