Forgot PHPmyAdmin!

I forgot my PhPmyAdmin password well know as localhost password...I have no idea what i set it to so please help me reset it or give me a solution or something(im almost begging on my knees because i have been trying to set up my server for about 2 weeks now...)Or could anyone give me a hint about how to get a new MySQL database host or how do i use my DynDNS user(host name) as my MySQL provider or hoster or something like that...im really newb so please keep you're flames

Just reinstall Mysql, you should be able to choose a new password. I am NOT sure on if this will delete your DBs, i dont think so, but not sure.

ok, so just reinstall my SQLyog and the phpmyadmin has no effect or can i then acces the phpmyadmin and MySQLyog
