Regarding Patches

I've made quie a few private servers, I'm no longer a noob, but I havn't been doing this for that long. How much time does it usually take for someone to make a repack for a new patch release? Ie 2.2.0? and does anybody know if voice chat will work on emulated servers?

for voice chat just use teamspeak or ventrill, u may need hostin if u have over so many connect though. and as far as how long it takes to make a repack, if u help them out, it takes less time.
