    Equal-gear private server?

    Is there a wow private server (patched up to at least Cataclysm) where everyone has the best possible gear and start off at max level? I want a pvp server where gear isn't a factor in the gameplay.

    Arena Tournament is amazing and i play on there so i think its pretty even when it comes to gear
