Same problem, all cores & DB's

Ok ive tried 16 different ascent revs with 5 or so different databases, and every single time when i logged on i couldnt get past level 150 riding skill without .advanceallskills 350 350 constantly, which isnt good for non-GM's plus all items were in german constantly or in some random letter / symbol formation, whats up with that? I don't think its to do with my map extraction because i extracted the maps with ad_GB.exe, so should have the items in British but there still not, anyway thats just a consumption, could anyone please help, this is doing my head in! Thanks!
