    Compiled Core [Scripts Bug] Vs. Repack [Respawn Time Bug] - Help?

    Hey guys,

    So I'm facing a bit of an issue with my server at the moment. I have a freshly compiled, and updated Arcemu core, which works perfectly fine, and all internal core modifications work such as creature re spawn time changed under creature.h. However, the scripts I add to my compiled core don't take the Phases into effect, it only registers the events when the creature starts, or stops combat and only produces the text making scripts useless.

    On the other hand, when I change to a repack core the scripts work perfectly with the phases, however just like every repack, you cant modify internal core settings, so the respawntime is about 10 minutes for a gameobject, and 15 minutes for an NPC.



    -If there is a fix where I could make the Scripts working on the compiled core, that would be GOLDEN.

    -If there is a fix to the respawn time on the Repack, then that'll be great. (changing creature.h settings doesn't take any effect)

    The creature header file handles primarily the body despawn timer. This is based on npc rank which is defined for each creature in the database.

    The creature respawn time (after despawn) is handled in creature_proto. If this is 0, it will not respawn.

    What scripts are you using? A dynamic linked library (DLL) will only work with the source code it was compiled and linked with. So you cannot use a DLL from another repack. You might not be compliling the necessary libraries to make use of such a script, or ai_agents may be overwriting the script (which is often the case).

    You need to give more details on the nature of the script.
