Wow 2.4.3 server

I am currently looking for a wow 2.4.3 repack for TBC. I enjoy playing wow, and would enjoy to play it single player, and do the quests or just have fun. I am taking coding In College and would enjoy to practice on a source or repack. I own the games so it should be a way to play them. And I'd rather make a server and play offline. Also, preferably I'm looking for a repack that has all the quests, raids, and combat working at 100% or near it. Thank you, and it's much appreciated for taking your time to view this.
