Need help with creating a public private server for 2.4.3

Is there anyone who could thoroughly help me with this, or if someone could point me in the right direction? It seems pretty complicated, and if someone could help me get the hang of it, that would be great.

Its not that complicated, do you have access to your router? or are you using a vpn/server-host?

Actually I don't have alot of time atm. Maths test on friday, going to take my driverslicense in 2½ week but I'll get back to you tomorrow.

These are pretty much the three steps...
Forward ports: 8093, 8129, 3724, 3306 (and 80 if you are running a website)
Fill configs. (use external ip)
Test the server.
