Like all know Echloned wow has been shutdown with a C#D and today the Blizzard asked Paypal for accest to Khells Paypal account???!?!??!!?!? That is ****inging legial Blizzard can do everything? or are they just lame...... They are taking everything and destroy the fun with "Private Server" They Become jealous on echloned cus the Only rp realm that have reach the top and those blizzard rp servers is just crap....... Can someone tell me why the hell blizzard can get accest to Paypal? and all info about the hole world plz? hilarious......

Imagine you created a game and someone comes along and decides he doesn't want to pay for it... he would rather emulate it and get money from sorry saps.

if the money is used to run it though - then they'll technically be off the hook. But no one ever does it just for the server :/

If you knew Khell, you'd know he had never used donations for his own benefit. Nor any of the other staff.

Most likely shut down because of violations of the ToS over client modifications.

the server never agreed to the ToS - the most they can do is ban his retail account.

Blizzard comply within the law, PayPal also do the same. Echo w/e does not therefor Blizzard wre within their right to request to PayPal that they seize all funds until possibly a court case is held or osmething liek that. PayPal being their usual losers will favour Blizzard 100%.
