Eternal Gaming/WoW Looking for Web Developer

Goal: Create a gaming community of various games and to offer a variety of popular servers.

The Plan:

I have the availability of setting up multiple game servers, ones in mind are geared specifically towards CS:S, and TF2.

Stable reliable hosting in a professionally run data center provided

Dedicated Ventrilo Server already available

I have years of experience in running varying servers. I am what I like to call the Project Leader at Eternal-WoW. I run a team of multiple people, and have keen knowledge of advertising and management. So this isn't your typical fail kid who thinks he has some brilliant idea for a server.

Guaranteed No Lag, and limitless expansion

Affiliation with the Eternal-WoW server will give a easy jump start to the community

I will do any Graphic Design for the website

There is much more to the plan, but these are the basics.

All donations are directed in my direction for the cost of hosting.

What I am NOT looking for:

Some 16 year old kid who thinks he knows a little about web design and wants to have power and control people. Do not waste my time please, and Do not apply if you are not truly 18.

What I am looking for:

A mature individual 18 years old or more, that has a strong professional knowledge of PhP, some free time, and an initiative to work to create a successful community. You must be willing to work hard on designing a website that suites my specifications and needs. I am looking for someone from the USA with fluency in the English language. I expect some sort of proof of knowledge and skill, so have some demonstrations or previous work readily available to show.
