Or maybe when you make a server, set a plot, maybe a map of your mall area. Make it seem lore-like. Instead of the shitty servers out there now that just have rows and rows of vendors, make it seem to fit the wow-community. This will increase your players significantly. It just makes me angry when people have rows and rows of vendors and think there sever is bomb.

In my opinion. Malls are just bad. It was generalizes the opinion that "Private servers suck". Thats because of things like malls and stuff.

Basically, It's the bandwagon effect. One dude discovers this thing called private servers. Checks some out and tells his friends. After a while playing it they think it sucks. So they spread those news.

This happens alot because all the servers on the top websites are made in this manner.

In fact I'm making a fanbased addition to the warcraft lore right now. Little project. And I'm looking for developers.
