[WIP] Fixin Raids/Instances

I will be spell and text checking all instances and raids on in the ArcEmu core.

And i will post my progress here. These fixes will later be submitted to the Arc Patch section to await approval.

I know this i fairly easy. But people dont have time to do this, and since i do i thought i'd do it.
