When you feel like a noob among expert's , when you know you don't know shit about your job , when you realize that you wasted a lot of time compiling that you cannot create something useful .

This is What i Say To YOU



I first started out as a trainee for a 13 year old kid who knew some stuff about mangos , i was 20 years old

i learned everything i can from him , and when he did not know , i knew i had to find other resources

i stayed awake all night slept all day learning almost everything i wanted
from

c++ to php to html to css to java to sql to python to actionscript3

i always got bored from learning so when ever i felt like its not worth it , im never gonna make anything that is as good as the things i see in mmowned such as Stoneherry's Repack's to Ground Zero's Releases to Gastricpenguin's engine

i looked around and found people with amazing skills that have a huge affect on the community

and other people like Dombo and Hellgawd who made things that i think almost everyone of the emulator community has used at least once .

then i start trying to climb my way up the ladder by simply helping a new memeber or releasing my own project's even if they are as stupid as sql's

at the moment i have my own private server , dedicated with so much of work put into it that i really know that my efforts to learn and use my skills were not wasted .

i will not post my server name because its not about advertisement's

but i know that i would not have made it without this picture above .

from the moment i saw it , it all came back to me xD

learning , training , messing around the database , screwing with my server till i fixed error's .

i wanted to post this as a pep talk becouse i spoke to a lot of people asking for help , and saying they will never be as good as others

just know that all these people were once NOOB's

But, please be a little careful about the "Just do it" motivation it sometimes can be dangerous and lead to stupidity in other words: Think before taking action.

Oh by the way being apprentice for someone as you said can be a very good way of learning but try to make sure the one to gain knowledge from knows a decent amount of what he's doing. Or else you may get confused get the wrong view of it. So on ~ not blaming you for that I am just trying to act wise.
