I support his oppinion 100% so i decided to share it with you.

Nico no longer deserves my trust nor respect. I feel a small niche of the community would agree as well.

Nico has stretched the truth and shown his true self with these dictator like actions. He claims that this matter was investigated but in reality he never listened to anything that was said, except for what fell out of Zman's mouth. As Nico stated himself, he merely asked Zman if he seen my hacking, and well Zman lied again. Nico then stated that Zman has been a good friend of his for the past three years. So Nico's investigation deemed that Zman is his friend and therefore his friend could not possibly lie.

When I had gotten back my denied ban appeal I gave up. Figuring there was nothing else that could be done. But then Zman gloated on the forums about having FRAPS. At that point I was still banned. I immediately asked Zman to post it, but that went unanswered. I also sent Nico a PM asking "Nico, Zman is gloating on the forums about having FRAPS of my hacking. Would you please check the FRAPS out for yourself. If you see this FRAPS showing that I had hacked in anyway I will never bother you again. All I want is for you to tell me you have seen it.". Nico sent me reply a day later telling me that he is not going request the FRAPS from Zman because he trusts him. He again mentions that Zman is his friend of three years and Zman's word is all he needs. I would think "investigating" would entail looking at the video tapes. But what do I know?

So I filed a new ban appeal and pleaded with the ban team to take a moment to view Zman's FRAPS. I thought that if Zman was not able to produce the FRAPS then maybe people would see that he is capable of being dishonest, and with that Nico would come around. I asked and stated basically the same as I did to Nico. All I asked of them was to just view this supposed FRAPS and tell me that they had seen me hacking. But as with Nico, this also went to deaf ears. The ban manager (Xtrodinary) posted a reply to the ban appeal saying that it had been posted in an incorrect format and that I may re create the ban appeal in an accepted format, even though my appeal was posted to the letter of Legacy's format guide.
I then made a very respectful post in the support section with a link of my appeal which was tagged "incorrect format". I asked for the staff to let me know what errors I had made in posting the appeal, so I could re-post it in the correct format. I also apologized to the entire Legacy staff for coming off a bit rude during the situation, and attempted to explain why the situation was making me so upset. Instead of the post being answered Nico just deleted it.

Minutes after posting my request for an acceptable ban appeal format Jessy had replied with a link to his own post. Jessy's post had already gained a lot of attention, was at post #19 before I had even been aware it was created. I made two totally respectful posts in that thread. In the second post I even asked people to stop posting on the subject because I did not want to see anyone else in trouble via the staff. But Nico ended up blaming Jessy's post on me anyhow, you see I created this situation through asking him and the ban team to check Zman's FRAPS. Instead of Nico's failure to take a moment and investigate the FRAPS, or even the root issue of Zman's lies.

Just as Jessy, I had my posting rights removed. Nico sends me a PM saying that my posting rights have been suspended and I have been attached a permanate warning level due to "your incessant spamming of the forums is what has created this situation."(Nico's words). Just to make it clear what "incessant spamming" is I will explain; original ban appeal before Zman claimed to have FRAPS on the 20th ,ban appeal asking them to view the FRAPS that was tagged invalid format on the 28th, posted in the support asking for the correct format 30th, and I posted two reply's to Jessy's thread today. Oh yeah, I did post in our guild forums 26th?, I wanted you all to know exactly why I would no longer be in game. So that is four posts over two weeks and two replies in Jessy's thread.

A Legacy admin contacted me through email shortly after Nico went on his rage and restricted several player's forum accounts. The admin claims Nico told the ban team not to request the FRAPS from Zman. He told them to handle my request just as they did, a generic invalid format response that ignored my plea for someone to view the video. They also claim that there have been screen shots submitted showing Zman's abuse of powers during No Mercy raids. The player posted several screen shots to the forums along with explanations of how Zman repeatedly used his GM powers to assist certain players and No Mercy raids. Supposedly an admin seen this post and it was moved to an admin and higher restricted area. There the admin left their own reply about how Zman had been getting out of hand recently and asked Nico to provide his feedback on how Zman should be handled. Nico had other plans though, on first look Nico deleted the post and then wiped it from the forum trash bin. The admin ended up sending Nico a PM about the issue, but Nico did not answer. The admin got the feeling that asking anymore questions may not be in his best interest and let the issue lay. Supposedly the player who posted the screen shots was handed a 30 day ban by Nico on the forums for "disrespecting staff", when Zman came online the player was sent a message by a No Mercy officer saying "We dun like snitchin bitchez, GTFO!!" before being removed from the guild. Then finally Zman range IP banned him for 30 days, saying that the player was disrespecting and threatening him.

So there you go. Zman feeling the need to lie and ban people when they spank him and his friends in PVP and again lie about having FRAPS. Then combined with the ongoing failure that is called Nico whom refuses to do the slightest action that may show him the proof of his corrupt friend Zman; looking at the FRAPS himself, not allowing the ban team to get the FRAPS from Zman. That pretty much sums up how this point has been reached.

If anything I hope you learn a thing or two from this situation. Nico is willing to go insane lengths to keep from aknowledging Zman's abuse. If you try to get Nico to acknowledge Zman's lies and abuse Nico has no problem with becoming just as abusive as Zman. Stripping posting rights and threatening to remove people from the community who dare to speak up.

Avoid PVPing solo against Zman, bring friends that can vouch you were not speedhacking, unless you plan to loose. Avoid bringing Zman's lies and abuse to Nico or you run the risk of being labeled a "trouble maker" or whatever he calls it as he forces your silence.

Legacy IS the new WOWScape......there is no doubt anymore.

Feel free to forward this others would actually like to see it passed to Jessy. Nico only wants information out in the open that he deems fit, but without knowing the other side people are going to believe him. I bet once Nico gets a hold of this PM I will be totally "removed from the community", as he threatens. Throughout my retail and private server time I've never used or downloaded any form of WoW hacks period, so to me clearing my name is something worth fighting for.

It's been quite obvious for a long time now. Nico has also taken alot money to spend on other things, rather than upgrading the servers. It's a shame that admins like this deserves their position.

Which server owner doesnt, its not like you put the 5k + or whatever you get into server, big part of that goes to whores.

To be honest, there is alot things you can improve with those 5k, their servers are so bad that it's not even playable at peak hours. They're still using the forum portal as website, while they can put the money into a brand new one instead.

If they would dedicate some time into the community, throwing some money on advertisements, improving their site, server, SEO related things. By that they could make way more than 5k.

It's kinda sad that emulation has gone from fun to investing money for personal use. Thats my opinion though.

The Emulation world is like an corrupt country led by the mafias. Where player base indicates their power. In the perspective of an server owner the first priority is the donations, the second priority is the amount of players and the third priority is the content. It should have gone the opposite way however it doesn't due the emulation it self is being used as a business service for many.

In layman terms: A community that fell a part and got replaced by jerks. That's how come they'd reach 1# that easily.
