No. Shapeshifters change there bodies to use as weapons. For example a spell I have done is where your arm turns into a gun and fires.

@OP: Be certain that it will not be an easy task. If you're serious, and I'm addressing you as though you really are, then you should be prepared for months over months of hard work. You'll need determination, you'll need to stay open-minded, you'll probably need help. Do not waste your time confronting nay-sayers trying to flame you, but do not go so long as to ignore advice given by rude people. Expect the muck and even the 'nobles' trying to get the wind out of your sails. If you'll get put down by people who discard your idea, you'll stand no chance against real problems that will arise.

Yeah TheSpidey is right about that OP. This is very time consuming even for blizzard itself and the have a huge dev team. You should start looking for help with people that have some what knowledge of it, you can always team people or give them forum post on how to teach them. But I give you props on even trying this.. I hope one day I will try to do this. I wish you luck on your very long and annoying task

As i know of, there arent very many servers (any?) yet that have working custom spells on it including late patches.

i have known progame64 for a couple years now (not by my own design & desire) and I can say with confidence that he has tried many projects such as this over the years. Websites, communities, 'hacks', bots, servers, etc. I can safely say that none of them have gotten further than him asking every person he knows for money. About three months ago, he was looking for money for a server (CSS I believe), and was going to give admin to anyone who gave him over 10$ or something. This is going nowhere...
