I definitely don't see why people were flaming him about stealing code. Reason I was pissed is because the only reason he wouldn't contribute towards a current emulator is so the emulator doesn't get credit for his work.

Of course, with that mindset, we wouldn't have any emulators even close to working.
And nobody would join his project because they don't want him getting credit for their work.

i flame him only for that, every new fork are now made for copy-paste.It's like "Hoo, i've found a patch on arcemu or aspire forums, and i applied it and took credits for me, just like i wrote it"

Well first off, he hasn't done any work yet at all, not even stole anyones yet so you had no right to flame, and secondly flaming is against the rules right? cause you just gave a confession.

My guess is that hes just been reading mmowned / acweb / real emulator's forums regulary.

Even that is enough to see that projects like this, eg "repacker emu" are total fail copy&paste.

Why on earth would an /emulator/ need Lua, SQL, PHP developers? I do believe you forgot the fact that you will be taking credit for what others did. Which is something you don't want to happen to yourself? Then don't do it to others, nubhat.

All of this is giving me the need to 'make my own emulator' and call it "ForkEmu".
