It depends on the size of the server.

I would recommend a faster processor for a larger server.(2-2.5ghz)
and at least 4gig of ram.(possibly 8 for an extremely large server)

if you want to run mangos you need a dual core 2 gb of ram, if you want to run ascent, aspire, etc your computer is good enough the problem is the upload rate of your internet, 1 person connected to your server gets like 5 kb/s, 2 megs of upload gives 260 kb/s, so 260/5=52 users without lag maybe a top of 70 with a lot of lag

PD:sorry bad english, not my native language

1gb of ram would rape your computer, atm im running arcemu and with 0 players online with local host this is ticking off at 600mb's of ram on its own, once you start getting players on its going to rape your CPU if its only 1 core, plus the ram issue will cause lag

    id say 20-30 max.

You Have to be extremely careful with Comcast... They Will shut you down if you go over your BW amount & Multiple IP's Connecting to it.... Server Wise... Thats not an amazing server it could maybe hole 30+ Players without Lag.
