    [Suggestion] Repack Rule

I've seen way to many badly made repacks made. So I'm making this post as an attempt to narrow down the bad ones and decrease the number of bad repacks.

Suggested requirements for posting a repack:
    -25 Reputation
    -100 Posts
    -Must be compiled by YOURSELF
-Must have Modified startup message to confirm it's your repack in the World.exe startup (If you don't know where/what to edit then you shouldn't be making this repack)
-Must have core revision/database revision information listed
-Must have at least SOMETHING made by yourself, and must contain more than just a few custom items or vendors (otherwise whats the point, just download a compile like the sticky)

    Effects of this rule:
-Less question posts made about the bad repacks
    -Less bad repacks :P

They really bring down MMOwned's name as one of the top emulation resources around

No, You dont have to post on their repacks.

And next time you criticize someone, be able to take your own shit.

I agree with this, but the custom startup message should be an optional thing.
