Well reborns is working but I haven't been working on reborn since idk how long... I know that some of the old members recruited another guy who fixed the un-stringed version and worked off wowd's. Reborn isn't an active emu anymore never the less it is worked on but by a different team of people. Also using summits AV is illegal now taking coding that is not labeled under peyton's license is not illegal. Depending on how you set up your cards is how you get sued. And reverse engineering is protected in the USA. So blizzard can't own anyone. Because its not the exact same thing they are running its made from scratch. Also there is USA laws protecting emulation on a large scale. But even though it is technically illegal what emulators are doing then again its not.
