Anyhow... I don't use emulators, nor do I care about who's is better or whatnot. HOWEVER! Stealing someone else' code to put in your own product, without ANY credit is just bullshit. Hasbro, we all know you can't program worth shit, and you're in it just for the money. (You can't even deny it, and if you do, I'll run you into the ground with proof, and you know damned well I will.)
I'm neutral here, so don't say shit about me"taking one person's side" or whatever.
1) Open source code is up for grabs. Nothing can be done about using it, but as Andy has said, he specifically told Hasbro NOT to use it. And Hasbro just ignored him, which is not only immoral, but nearly illegal. (Too lazy to look up DMCA and Copyright laws, but someone else will eventually.)
2) Andy, package all your code in a GNU or similar Copyright. Hasbro will not be able to touch it after that.
3) Hasbro, get off your high horse. You claim fame and fortune when I haven't seen you do a damned thing programming wise. (Oh right, you can market your crap everywhere, and steal code, sounds like another company from a while back...)
4) I don't know the difference between Mangos/Ascent/ArcEmu/CrapEmu, or whatever. Nor do I care. Hasbro, you're stealing work without permission, and making money off of it. GTFO my internet, you don't deserve to be here. It's one thing to steal the IDEA of the code, and some structure of it, but flat out stealing the code with little to no changes is just wrong.
5) Your site can't have more than 400MB in traffic per month. (Unless you have some really REALLY shitty web design, which knowing you, is ripped from somewhere else) So drop the 'my site blah blah' stuff.
