NPC Spawn Question

Im trying to add vendors but i cant figure out the command to spawn em.
can anyone list some commands they know that work so i can try those. ive tried
.addnpc
.add npc
.addspawn
.add spawn
as you cant tell im new to this a little.

And where can i find a list that has all the class spells ID#'s
