OK so im looking for a program:

you can make your own items, or not, but it has a load of icons, and you can select which icons you want, and which displayID's, but unlike most, it actually SHOWS you the icons. this is a program and not an online one like WoW-V. I'd really appreciate it if i could get this, I'd rep you as much as i can.

Closest now existing one is Ascent Database Editor 1.2.2.

This may not show the icon of the displayid, but you can cominate their search function and wowhead.com for it, find a item on wowhead, search for it and it will find the icon of that item.

is there anywhere where i can just browse through, get a certain icon and make an item like that?
