[Release] A simple site ToS system

Hi all! I thought I would contribute with something so I decided to make a simple cookie Terms of Service system for you Private Server site or just any site.

Requirements:

• A webserver that supports PHP 5.

• A webserver that also supports Cookies.

• Not to be using SSL.

What it does:
Well basicly this is in the WoW style page; and within it is a script that does a couple of tasks. One of the tasks is to Log visitors (Can be disabled within the Config file), and another is to make a Cookie that allows you to continue to the site... So once you have agreed to the ToS, it will redirect you right away to your site. When you Disagree, it will just redirect you to Google. Also when the Cookie is set, it will automaticly redirect to the location you have set it to redirect when your visitors visit the ToS System. :P

Haha! I made a ToS System, not the actual ToS. If I have to I will make the ToS... -_-

There's nothing to force you to click the Agree button. You can just go directly to the main page, bypassing the ToS page.
