what im looking to do is make a mall and make it so that the area that the mall is in horde and alliance cannot pvp.
does anyone know how to do this

Well there is a guard npc script around here but it takes alot of cpu use so you would be better off making an unbeatable npc to kill off horde for horde area and ally for ally else jsut ban players who brake the rule :P

You can also change the area flag to Sanctuary in the DBC
