When I run world and logonserver, the world.exe file can't connect to logonserver.

I have the same issue, assuming you mean when both of the .Exe files are running, they cannot properly link at the end of the load. If I set leave the default allowed IPs, (Like 127.0.0.0/24) It says denied because of the IP not being allowed.

I also have messed around with it and got it to the point of the Authentication failing, and then telling me:

Authentication request from 127.0.0.1, result FAIL.
Key: 9AA3B630A77DDD4D7FAFBC48216AA3EB7A56FDFA

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Make sure you have your remote passwords the same and also make sure that you have 127.0.0.1/24 on both.

Ah. Well I fixed that problem, but now I get stuck at connecting. D:

Im having a slight problem, I startup the server, connection ready, startup the realm, it start loading, but then it starts getting some errors of missing tables like "world.characters" and "world.arena", but no matter what, they loop back to that first word, "world", and by the way I never found a table named accounts in the DB. And I dont know what to do with this file logondb either, its an SQL file in a different folder. any help would be appreciated, you can answer on here or at my IM at [email protected]. Thanks.

Did you setup the 2 sep db's and then config it correctly i have to many people on msn so i will not msn you.

Which Ones ? And how would I Do it ? Sorry, its just that In the guide you gave me, I dont recall anything about 2 DBs. Is logondb the one you're talking about ?
