Private WOTLK Beta server used to make these videos

i saw thiis on WOW insider. WOW Insider
and it looks interesting. I think its a private server due to him going through the entire instance undetected (unless it was stealth XD). though i think the article says private server anyways. But thing is, the mobs and bosses look scripted to me (in particular, the troll boss getting attacked). anyone know of this server, or is it something else?
