[Help] Pre-BC warp npc. will +rep

Hi, does anyone know if there is a pre-bc warp npc I can dl anywhere. It should have azeroth instances/raids like bwl naxx mc etc. If not could anyone make one/help me make one, or hook me up with a good noob guide on how to make one, most of the warp npc guides I have looked at didint really help.

Why don't you just get a pre-made warpnpc like gastrics remove all outland locations.
