How to make T6 vendor display only the armor i can use?

Im compiling ArcEmu atm and would like to know what i need to change and where.

Now im confused.. some say its core edit and some say its DB edit :/

So please:

If its CORE EDIT tell me what file i open under arcemu-world,arcemu-shared or arcemu-logon and what to edit in that file.

If its DATABASE edit tell me what table to open and what value to change there.
