It may be a trivial problem, but the thing is , i'm using wamp...I can access the web page from cPanel®

But when my mate goes to go on, he gets

    Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

You usually get 'Forbidden' when theres your page isnt the default document.
If your main page is index.php make sure your defualt document isnt index.html or somethin

I don't know if it helps but if you're using windows you may have Internet Information Services active as localhost server. I never activated it at home but I did in the office. and it always ask for a usr/pwd giving me "forbidden" if I don't provide my windows usr/pwd. so, in order to use Apache, you could open IIS and stop the predefined website, then start Apache and everything should work.
    hope it helped.
