[Mac] Custom item id trouble (Mangosx)

OK so i made my custom item and i put it in Navicat it. I can login in and look up the item (.lookup item ______) but when i add the item a different weapon that i previously deleted (it was the same item id) comes up in my inventory. Its not really the item from before but thats what the tootlip displays. When i equip it, it goes to the slot where the new item should be. (EX. Gloves-old item, Pants-new. lookup item pants. 11-pants. additem pants. Created gloves. Equip gloves- goes in pants slot but still gloves.) i have no idea how to fix this and would definately like some help. It only happens on ID's 1-17 but i find those easy to remember I tried deleting all my Navicat info and Mamp and Mangos info but when i redownload the stuff Navicat says would you like to overwrite you old characters this tells me that i didnt completely delete the stuff.

If anyone knows how to fix this or delete navicat please reply. =D thanks everyone
