How to start with max skill 350?

I've searched and scoured the forums but have not found an answer.

Is there an easy way to get starting skills maxed at the beginning? Or upon turning lvl 70? (If I'm an insta-70 server)

cheek howlings repack it has a bunch of extras in there that might have it in a sql file u can exicute into ur db

Ah crap. I executed the file and it was successful but you still don't start with max skill levels.

you can also change in the ascent world the skill rate so you can lvl ur skills faster hope this helps and did you PUT the SQL FILE INTO THE WORLD DB? make sure you did
