theres guides you can find by searching, theres a bunch of them that you could use.

here umm this is a fairly simple one written in php just go in and edit the index.php file with your server's info and put it on your webserver..... hopes this help

ok that bottom line makes no sense at all, also why dont you use the search button ffs instead of asking first there is about a million guide out there telling you how to do this kind of stuff!
