Now im here with my #2 website. This site has Regpage , Usertools and a votescript in but you have to add it self.

You have to change text on the pages.
You have to change configs in this files. "REG.PHP" "/tools/config.php" and the config for "pvptop10".

The best pogram to host this site/other sites is with Wampserver.

Ty Succy. I did find this template in my computer. I had it for a my gmaing community befor but i have change it so it work for Private server. Some Pitures and stuff like that
I think my other was beter too. I tihnk im beter on darker design
