Dammm i dont understand! I use howllings repack but they teleporter npc subname all tyima are Aplles Ascent..? Wtf? I use all of howlling but all time i have that apples subname! Wtf - where is problem?

Just go to the creature_names table, find the name of the field that stores title, and
UPDATE creature_names SET fieldname="";

Edit: Or just get a proper DB
