so why does tropem have more rep power than me?

But I'm supprised, I got over 900 posts, 120 rep and only 1 rep power >.<

that is what I do not get. I mean tropem has two rep power, 90 something posts and only 5 rep points

You get 1 rep power for each year passed since your join date;
1 rep power per 100 rep points after 100;
And 1 rep power per 1000 posts.
