    NPC Custom displayID's

    #1:
Hey guys, I have been using Mangos for a while now and making some custom things. The only thing I cannot seem to figure out though is how to create my OWN display id. Like, I don't want to add my own 3d models to a NPC as item, I just want to be able to add any type of item or no items at all to a npc!

    For example:
A Stormwind guard that only wears a helmet and nothing else!

Stupid example but you get the point.

Also, I am not too sure if I can post this or not, or how many people have done it, but I created my own 'nude' patch for all races / skin colors etc and you cannot tell the difference. In other words, it is not a MS Paint job that looks crap.. I would post a screen but don't think I'm allowed for that one.

Does anyone here know of any fixes or ways around the '?' icon in the Inventory when using custom icons? this is a real pain in the butt. Why does it show in the 'inspect' window and not the inventory. Must be a way around this somehow!!

Ive been a Photoshop and 3D Studio Max user for about 7 years now and have modded nearly every 3D game out there ( maps, characters, weapons etc ) so if anyone needs a hand with something, feel free to ask.

My main question though is the first. If that can be answered, I would be very greatful!!

No, I don't know much about model editing, just a few things. If you have questions, please ask in the appropriate forums.
