Make sure your password and user are correct and your DB's are correct and also make sure your port 80 and 8129 i think are opened.

Sorry got out a the shower. User name and default user is root. Make sure the en thing is enUS to.

Your going to localhost in your URL right cause you cant see it threw your external IP and your host docs have to be edited if its your DNS.

Make sure you dont have a firewall running also. Also make sure your host docs dont have 127.0.0.1 then your dns make sure is says 127.0.0.1 Localhost.
