Database Connection

Is there a way to connect to a database from my computer to a different one. If there is a way please tell meh ,

You mean database access? Or do you mean putting the DB on another pc?

In an SQLyog, Go on Tools > User manager > Create new user.
Then make a new user with all privilages and type the IP/host address of the other computer.
Simple.
