Trouble making accounts

I've had some confusion of making accounts on an ascent server. When I type in "help" for commands in my ascent-world.exe file, it gives me a command that can create an account. This is where it gets confusing. It's shown like this in the ascent-world file:

: createaccount : <name> <pass> <email> <flags>

Can someone explain to me how I'm exactly supposed to type it in my database to create an account? I've tried many different layouts of creating an account, but none of them worked.

In MySQL or whatever you use just go to logon then the table accounts, all you need to put anything into is acct. which has to be a unique number from the rest, they're logon, they're password, flags will be 8 I'm assuming since everyone has TBC now and if you so desire for this user under GM you can put AZ for full Administrative control, cpqrv for limited or nothing for nothing. Hope it helps, not that detailed, but not that hard

Apple's Ascent 4.0 repack came with only ascent-world.exe and ascent-logon.exe to start the server. There was no Mysql.bat file. Unless you are talking about going to Navicat Lite and finding the logon in there. I'm in the accounts table, where it shows the premade account (user: admin pass: admin). I'm assuming I can create more accounts there, but I don't know how to do it.

To create a new account in Navicat Lite, go to your 'accounts' table within your database, scroll to the bottom, press the + at the bottom of the table to create a new field, and then do what Orion said.
