A few questions

Question 1. Ok i got my server up and running i forwarded the ports and everything but i cant log into the server on my other computer but i can on mine also when i log into the server on mine it says ip not allowed how do i fix it so i can logon to it and everyone else can too? (i have a no-ip... yes i configured it im not dumb thats what i used to logon.)

Question 2. How do i make a site that doesnt cost any money so people can make accounts for my server?

Question 3. How do i add custom items to my server? I already made them i have the code i just need to know where to add it.

Question 4. How do i update the server without shutting it down? Ex. I made a new item that i want to use how do i update the server wuthout shutting it down?

Question 1:

Logonserver config scroll down to the bottom
Allowedip set that to 127.0.0.1/32
Modip set that to 127.0.0.1/32

IF that doesn't work then reply here.

Question 2:

To setup a website you'll need apache on your machine, I'd recommend you just download WAMP - google it, download install.

C:\Wamp\www\ Web files go in here
Make sure you have port 80 open or else you'll have to change it's port to something else which you can do in the httpd config file.

Question 3:

Go into Navicat or what ever db editor you use, and import them using Batch Import as its called, just import the .sql files into your world db.

Question 4: Just import the items, then in game type .reload items table name here

ex. .reload items

And it will reload

yea im smart i understood it and im trying the logon thing right now.

now the server isnt event authenticating when i changed the 24 to 32

Make sure your password matches up, the one right above the allowedip in both your world conf and logon conf.

127.0.0.0/32
Try that if the passwords match.

that was the thing before its just i cant get onto the server on my computer because it says my external ip is denied and my other computer in the other room cant even connect. To make this more understandable i can log on with my computer but when i get to the character screen i get DCed and the .bat file says my ip isnt allowed. how do i fix that? and also the 32 screwed it up it has to be 24

I'm back, sure I will help you.
If you're behind a router I recommend setting up a DMZ (De-Militarized zone =D) with your router so it doesn't block any ports on the ip you set it to.

Go to CMD type in ipconfig find your local ip and set that as your DMZ make sure it does not change though or else you'll have to change your DMZ address to your new local ip.

Then go to realms conf and scroll to the bottom, change the last line where it asks for your IP from 127.0.0.1 to your EXTERAL ip and it'll work
