Missing NPCs?

I have Chrispee's repack, and I am missing tons of NPCs. Undead starting area is empty, plaugelands are empty, undercity is almost all empty.

It's a little odd - MOST of the undead seem to be missing.

[edit] I guess they are missing from creature_spawns

You need to narrow down the problem; Are you missing the NPCs info in creature_proto or creature_names? Are they there but the _spawns are empty? Are the spawns okay but the console shows a mysql error?

Well it doesn't seem that they are in the spawns. I searched for a couple of them in names and proto and they came up fine, but in spawns they didnt.

So is there somewhere I can get my spawns? Like an SQL I can put in?
I have been searching the site for anything related, but am not finding anything.
Any suggestions? Will gladly +Rep for any help that solves this problem
