I got this error when I went on localhost in the URL

PHP just tells you that you have a string somewhere it doesn't belong. Maybe you forgot a semicolon? Maybe you didn't nest quotes correctly? Only way to find out is you posting the file.

how do I delete the Apache or uninstall it and all the website files inside my repack?
