[Trick]How to Open Ports on ANY Router

After 3 hours of setting my router on and off dmz , trying to forward multiple ports etc... I found the best way to get your router working for wow servers!

    1. Call the Tech Support Number in back of the Box of Your Router

    2. Wait Until an Indian guy greets you and compliments you about your beautiful name and asks how he can assist you with " excellent service today".( I swear to god, its supposed to be a marketing strategy)

    3. Tell him you can't forward your port , he will ask you which ports you want to forward.

    4. Tell him all the correct ports and he will do everything for you!

    5. Take all the credit

So dis are my guide on getting your servorz publik on da intarnetz

Or you could take a few minutes to actually read the documentation on your router and do it yourself....

    Wow..

    Here's the scoop for ya.

If you can't figure out how to forward ports, you probably don't need to worry about doing so, because you're sure as hell not qualified to run a server.

Seems to be the typical course of action in the WowEmu community lately. Why learn to do anything yourself when you can just get others to do it for you...

Or... Plug your modem directly into your computer, set your computer up to be a hotspot, and let other computers connect to your computer.
FOR A MOMENT, NOTHING HAPPENED. THEN, AFTER A SECOND OR SO, NOTHING CONTINUED TO HAPPEN.

    mother****er i love you!
i've spent 2 days with smart port forwarding bullshit app, and router port forwarding which limited me to 10 and 10 million of other things to get battlefield 4 working and nothing worked. This DMZ fixed it all without any forwarding! thank you my friend.

I registered on this forum just to thank you and hope this finds more people!

if you dont mind ill include some keywords for people trying to fix this issue, there is a TON.
b4 disconnect, bf4 port forwarding, bf4 open ports

Just FYI, every router doesn't use the address 192.168.1.1, mine for example uses 192.168.0.1. I have a friend whos router uses 87.231.123.3.32 or some shit....

    FAIL
I really don't have anything interesting to put here anymore.
