Modifying Isle of quel'danas shattrath portal

The Database im using came with a portal to the isle of quel'danas but I got 2 problems.

1) It sais you must complete a quest first

2) When you right click on it it sais "World of recall (old)"

so i was wondering how i would make it take you to the isle of quel'danas and be instant cast.

Someone that has a "nooby" portal.

Make a new one (change the entry of it) and then make a lua for it. You can find alot of lua portal guides in the guide section.
