Help creating new items ...

Hi ... im using an ascent server with navicat ... i wanted to create custom items like weappons for example .. i have read a lot of guides about how to do them but for some reason that i want to find out ... when i create a weapon that has BIG stats on it I can't import it in my database ...

I want to know is there anywhere a place to learn what are the max values allowed in a server fo anytype of item because if the values are too high the items cannot be created in the database or iff they are created when i get in side the game i can't add the item because it doesnt exist ...

I have used tools liek wow-v.com and Ascent database editor the same result ... I REALLY WANT TO KNOW IF I CAN MAKE A WEAPON EXACTLY LIKE I WANT TO..... and to be the best in the game ...

... PLease heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp me cause it's driving me crazyyyy ....do you think it myght be the repack as well ????????

Post the query for your item with BIG stats.

Items with BIG stats are useless, spamming 999 on every stat isn't very smart.
If your weapon speed is less than 0.5 you automatically fail

Well do you have the item cap removed on your core / DB and what is the entry ID you are trying to put in ?

jackdaripper .... funny thing is that the eitems work perfect in this guys server .. so the idea is just to be able to make whatever crazy thing i want and to be ablte to put it in the game to play with it ... my sever is juust LAN and just for fun and learning some new cool stuff ....


and also one thing ... i iam using apples repack ... is there a repack that is enabled to do modifications whoever i want ????????

Its because everyone knows that overpowered servers are just wonderfull!

Jack ... i did that ... if you are ok i will tell you waht i did ...
i have ascent db editor .... but it appears to have a problem when it creates the sql ... so i use it to find the display id ... anyways ... i have the display id and i go to wow-v there i put everything that it showsn in that pic ... no diference .... i press submit and it gives me the sql ... of course it says that the stats are to high and it might not work ... but i iggnore that

then i run the file with heidisql and give a refresh ... search it ... and i find it there ...

i close everthing just to refresh the serveer (that's cause i dont know other method and it doesnt bother mee)

i get in the game and when i give the command .aditem 9991111 (thats what i have used) it gives me the message that it is not valid item ...

and that's my situation ...

well 999991 would be to high i believe and also if you want dis id go to wowguru.com search the item and click on the Xml and it tell you the id so you dont have to use Ascent DB editor
