    thing is im using vista and have mcafee but it doesn't even work and i can't even uninstall it lol,

    Oh well, then I'm not sure what to do, for me all I had to do was turn off my firewall. I restarted my computer after that, and it worked. Then I had my firewall on again, and then it asked me the "Do you want to allow ____ to run?", so I was able to accept (I use ZoneAlarm).

    Its Usually Caused By Something Not Being Written In The Config File Properly Or An Extra Space. Try Looking Through Your Config Files And Checking For Unnecessary Spaces Or Lines.
