hmm im thinking the colum where it saids cast spell or something after you finsh the quest

what if i make my own spell with .mod level 1 ?

does that work by any chance? if so link me to a guide how to make a custom spell would be nice.

I bet you Spidey can help you write a C++ script that will make the NPC do this, unfortunately I don't have the knowledge/time to help you further than that, sorry. I just know it's possible through C++, as in 100% certain you can.
