    [List] Some WotLK sets' DisplayIDs

    I looked around a little and couldn't find any info really on these sets, but a question or two instead, so...

    While doing some morph jumping, I stumbled across a particularly cool-looking armor set (morph ID 23386 for those who care) and I got to thinking about how that armor looked pretty cool, so I did some diving through lots of DBC files and found what appears to be the display IDs of one of the Dungeon sets coming in WotLK proper. They're marked as D_01 (dungeon 01) but, going with previous naming conventions, they'd be more correctly called Dungeon 04 I guess.

    It's a plate set, with three colors, and I dug up the DisplayIDs of them for those who want to mess with them.

    --------------------

    Plate_Northrend_D_01Red
    • Helm: 49746 (this doesn't clip hair properly, yet)
    • Shoulder: 47530
    • Chest: 49747
    • Gloves: 49875
    • Waist: 47322
    • Legs: 47323
    • Boots: 49874

    Plate_Northrend_D_01Gray
    • Helm: 49455 (this also doesn't clip hair properly, yet)
    • Shoulder: 49456
    • Chest: 49457
    • Gloves: 49559
    • Waist: 49557
    • Legs: 47351
    • Boots: 49558

    Plate_Northrend_D_01Black
    • Helm: 48559 (clips hair like it should)
    • Shoulder: 49832
    • Chest: 48560
    • Gloves: 48562
    • Waist: 48515
    • Legs: 48516
    • Boots: 48561

    --------------------

    The sword I have is the model Northrend_2H_Sword_D_02, ID 46410.

    --------------------

    It should be noted that, since these are items not even implemented in the Alpha officially (far as I know, anyways) that most of them don't have proper icons, but you can use wow-v to generate the SQL insertions properly with the displayIDs I listed; wow-v won't let you share them, however, because it believes the displayIDs are outside of the appropriate range.

    I assure you, though, that they display properly.

    I'll get to looking up and testing the other sets (and there are a lot of them, oi), but for now, enjoy!

    Those could be for Death Knight.
    Black = Unholy Set
    Red = Blood Set
    Blue = Frost Set

    That's actually how I have it set up on my server, lol... named that way at least.

    After diving through the models via WMV, it seems these are gonna be some random drop models or dungeon item models (not necessarily real "sets").
    The D represents a fourth level or appearance, not "Dungeon" as I assumed when looking through the DBC files for the dispayIDs. There's A-D of Cloth_, Leather_, Mail, and Plate_Northrend, in most. Some are missing an A or a C or something, some textures are misplaced (the DK plate texture mapping onto the wrong plate model, e.g.), but I'll get a bunch more done for this evening for those interested.

    The patch messed me up a good bit last night and today (had to reinstall, pretty much, to fall back on 8337 for my continued testing), but I'm set up again now and will get back into it shortly.
