creating character

Whenever I create a character on my server the character does not appear even though it says that the account has one character in it. Then I restart the server and the character is completely gone.
-ABD most recent revision
-open ascent most recent revision
-all updates executed into the database including the one to make it compatible w/ open ascent

also my realm seems to disappear and come when I click change realm.
any ideas +Rep for help and the correct fix

but its wierd it just all of a sudden started happening like it was all good before and i didnt touch my DB but then i restarted server and now it doesnt work.....

Find an update for your character table. As it says clearly something is wrong with it

do you know of where i could obtain an updated fresh characters database
